1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
Half teaspoon black pepper
2 bay leaves

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1 Prepare the Chilies

Soak dried guajillo and ancho chilies in hot water for ten minutes until soft.

Step 2 Make the Sauce

Blend softened chilies with onion garlic tomatoes cumin oregano paprika salt and black pepper until smooth.

Step 3 Brown the Meat
